Shipping and delivery

Delivery time

Our products are printed on demand to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality.

• Production usually takes 2–5 working days. 
• Shipping time depends on your location, but are usually 2-5 additional days.
• Delivery time is therefore usually 4-10 working days in total.

Sometimes, but rarely, delivery time might be longer due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping costs

We currently offer free shipping on all items.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to all EU countries. We do not currently ship to customers outside of the European Union.

Returns and refunds

You are entitled to returning your products in accordance with our policy. Please read the policy for details. Here is a short version:

Can I return my order?
Yes. As an EU consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition and unworn.

Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer pays for the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

How do I start a return?
You initiate the return via your personal Sic Itur order page. You log in with the e-mail address you used when placing your order. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us via returns@sicitur.net

 

Product Information

Harmless Vinegar Smell on clothing
A biologically degradable, water-based solution is applied to the textile during the printing process. A mild vinegar smell or a soft veil on the print is typical and will disappear after the first washing. The printing ink we use is free of harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex 100.

What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available in sizes S–XXL. Please check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

What materials do you use?
We use premium fabrics — mostly 100% cotton — to ensure comfort, durability, and minimal environmental impact.

Do you restock sold-out designs?
Some designs are limited editions. Others will be restocked depending on demand — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

 

Warranty & Product Safety

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by the EU legal warranty of 2 years, which gives you the right to a free repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty or not as described.

Are your products safe?
Absolutely. Sic Itur ensures that all consumer products offered comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and meet applicable EU standards. Our clothing and stationery products are safe to use under normal conditions.

Do you provide age restrictions or warnings?
Our products are designed for general use and do not require specific age restrictions. If a product carries any special safety notice (for example children’s products), this will always be clearly stated on the product page.
